What they say...

Farnborough International Ltd (FIL)

We, Farnborough International Ltd (FIL), appointed EEP as our official visitor management provider for the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) back in 2010 and we have renewed the contract ever since. The contract is based on the provision of 135 visitor management plus senior management across ten entrance gates, enclosures, internal pedestrian crossings, toilets, external car parks, stations and within the Joint Control room including a Silver controller.

The EEP team fitted in to the Farnborough family of official contractors immediately and went out of their way to be helpful and considerate to all of the companies they came into contact with. Working with the emergency services, 15 official show contractors, exhibitors from over 20 countries, and a further 200,000 visitors they went above and beyond to ensure the visitor management provided was to a very high standard.

The account management and service they gave to us as the organiser was at a high level and once again any request from ourselves was met with a willingness to understand and help in the appropriate way every time.

The Royal Horticultural Society

EEP have supplied safety stewards to the RHS for a number of years for RHS Chelsea Flower Show, RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show and RHS Flower Show Tatton Park. We are delighted that following a tender process EEP have been awarded a further three year contract.

IBC - RAI Amsterdam

The team at EEP have always been professional and versatile to our needs. They play an active role in our emergency planning and are now very much part of the RHS Shows team.

EEP is definitely my preferred choice to provide efficient, courteous and friendly crowd control at IBC, and has been for the past four years, since they pitched for the business. IBC is the largest broadcast & electronica media trade show in Europe, with over 53,000 attendees. Without exception, the team provide a brilliant service to all attendees across the six days of the event at the Amsterdam RAI, and it’s not an easy task. As well as carrying out the core service of security & crowd control, they give additional friendly, accurate advice and information to all groups of attendees (including press, exhibitors, contractors, speakers, VIPs, visitors and delegates), which is often above and beyond their role. They have proved to be very flexible, and adaptable to changing circumstances onsite, and often head off difficult situations before they escalate.

Brighton Marathon Weekend
We appointed EEP back in 2013 to improve and enhance our stewarding and security provision at our event. We have been extremely pleased with their service and are looking forward to a long-term relationship over the coming years. Not only do they provide a good team of staff, trained and fully briefed to carry out their roles, but they become part of the overall team, working with us all to ensure the event is a success, that our competitors, visitors and contractors have an enjoyable experience whilst maintaining a secure and safe environment for all.

IMG
EEP Security and Stewarding have been employed to provide stewarding and crowd management services to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland for several years. They are truly an asset to Winter Wonderland; they are experienced, well-qualified, personable and have the ability to think on their feet. They are problem solvers and more often than not they have solved issues before they have even landed on my desk. I seek the counsel of senior EEP Directors and Managers in the crowd dynamics planning in the pre-event phase and trust them implicitly when it comes to scoping appropriate coverage. Their good humoured team and can-do attitude from Director-level down make them an outstanding asset to any event. Thanks!

Hyde Park Test Events (Olympic Games)

Thank you very much for your help and support to LOCOG for the recent Test Events in Hyde Park.

Without the hard work and contributions from everyone, the Triathlon and Marathon Swimming Test Events could not have taken place. The enthusiasm and effort committed by key partners and volunteers was rewarded with two hugely successful events and has been a big step forward towards the Olympic competition in Hyde Park next summer.

The success of the Triathlon was summed up by Test Event Gold medallist Alistair Brownlee: "It was one of the best receptions I've ever had and the whole event was a great experience” and one journalist wrote the following in reference to the Marathon Swim: “London Prepares" is the name of the series of test events that are taking place all over the city in preparation for the 2012 Games. If today's race is any indication of their preparation, we are in for a treat next year.”

We have learnt a lot from both events and are undergoing a thorough debrief process to ensure that all the lessons learnt from are incorporated into our plans for 2012. We would welcome any feedback that you have on the events.

Thanks again from your help and we look forward to working with you leading up to and during the Olympic Games in Hyde Park.Hyde Park Team - LOCOG
